NICO LAZARIDI is widely recognized as one of the leading Greek wine companies and has contributed to the birth of winemaking in Drama back in 1987. The Château Nico Lazaridi Winery in the Agora is the company's headquarters since 1997, is surrounded by 650 acres of vineyard, and includes the art gallery MAGIC MOUNTAIN.

Through authentic family hospitality, a "warm" relaxed atmosphere is provided and not just another ordinary tour. The biological family winery since 2004 (organic family-run winery). It has recently been renovated.

Oenogenesis Winery is a state-of-the-art winemaking unit, designed to fulfill two main purposes: – The production of “large” wines with very high standards at all stages of the winemaking process. Wines with “consistency and continuity in time”.

Ktima Biblia Chora is located on the slopes of Pangeon Mountain, in Kokkinochori, Kavala. Its creators, oenologists Vangelis Gerovassiliou and Vassilis Tsaktsarlis, established an organic vineyard there in 1998, which today occupies an area of 65 hectares or (160 acres).

The solely organically cultivated, now six year old vineyard surrounds the Winery in Trilofos where all the three varieties are planted in a same Vineyard and are harvested and fermented together

On the slopes of Epanomi, a few kilometres from the city of Thessaloniki, a meticulously-tended vineyard surrounds the modern winery, where the renowned Ktima Gerovassiliou wines are produced.

Their story is made out of long summer Mediterranean-style family gatherings, endless late-night discussions intoxicated by the love for winemaking, and a wine that speaks for itself. And this is why we make wine as we live..with meraki! Today the vineyard of Domaine Chatzivariti consists of 20 hectares. Emphasizing the quality of the grapes, soil fertility, and environmental protection organic farming was chosen. Chatzivaritis Estate focuses on the Greek varieties of Xinomavro, Negoska, Roditis, and Assyrtiko, and also cultivates the popular Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon in smaller surfaces.

Simeonidis Estate faithful to the standards of biological cultivation and with respect to the traditional way of vinification offers to its clients high-quality wines in reasonable prices. It also aims at acquainting the world with its wines, mainly with the greek varieties.

The winery and vineyards of Spyropoulos family are located in Nea Mesimvria, Thessaloniki. Soon they realized that in order to achieve this, intensive and random planting should cease and only quality grapes be produced on the basis of the potential of each vineyard. In the vineyards there is no irrigation network as the cultivation system with small area yields and very good maturing of the grapes has been determined. The soils are sandy and sloping with good drainage of rainwater, which helps to prevent the growth of grape diseases.
