Olviya Nuvo
Olviya Nuvo is a relatively young but outstanding family winery in Parutino Village, Mykolaiv Region, established in 2013 by Pablo Magaliac right next to Ukrainian National Park Olviya.
In ancient times, this region had a remarkable and developed winemaking settlement. Pablo’s idea is to recreate it by enhancing more and more local winemakers to create their family wineries.
The Olviya Nuvo family harvests all the grapes manually and grows wine grape varieties such as Johaniter, Alibarne, and Odesa Black.
