This establishment brightly reflects the unique wine history of Southern Bessarabia and Bolgrad city in particular.
Founded by colonists between two rivers, Danube and Dnister, three centuries ago, the beautiful wine region became one of the most famous in Eastern Europe. Beautiful landscapes and a suitable climate for grape cultivation attracted many foreign winemakers of those times. Since then, the area has begun flourishing.
Colonist Family Winery is the place to feel this historical atmosphere. A cozy interior, frequent tastings, and tours are what you certainly need to familiarize yourself with local wine craft - both its past and present.
